Embracing the Path from pcc to mcc
Discover the qualitative difference
Presenter: Fran fisher, MCC
The essence of MCC coaching is space for the client's greatness and a connection to the whole of who the client is being. The coach lets go and trusts at the level of unconscious competence. An MCC coach is comfortable exploring the unknown, a completely connected observer to the client, and the connection is more to the whole of who the client is being. The client has made a shift and is finding a more powerful sense of self. The coach has moved beyond standardized coaching questions and models and trusts SELF at the level of unconscious competence. Let's explore what it will take for you to get there.
What You Can Expect to Learn:
1. Participants will learn the FIVE key qualitative skills necessary for MCC level mastery
2. These qualitative skills impact ALL ICF Core Competencies, such as Cultivates Trust and Safety, Maintaining Presence, Listening Actively Evoking Awareness
