Cheryl Bryan, who is a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator, will lead this interactive workshop and invites you to consider how rumbling with vulnerability can help you be a more courageous leader. A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes and has the courage to develop that potential. "Dare to Lead"™ is the work of Dr. Brené Brown, who was made famous from her Netflix Special, Super Soul Sunday, and her top-rated Ted Talk. She is also a five-time, New York Times best-selling author.


  1. Determine your call to courage. 
  2. Define vulnerability as uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure. 
  3. Understand the role of courage and vulnerability in daring leadership.
  4. Challenge old definitions and dispel the myths surrounding the concept of vulnerability. 
  5. Leverage increased awareness to deepen personal coaching presence.
