Showcasing the Value of Coaching: A Signature International Coaching Week Event


Celebrating the 20th anniversary of ICF International Coaching Week (ICW), we invite you to join with us and #ExperienceCoaching at this signature event as we hear from a diverse group of professionals who have benefitted from coaching. Entrepreneurs, executive leaders, and postsecondary students will share their experience with coaching and how it continues to impact their businesses, careers, and lives exponentially. Bring those who’ve wondered about coaching so they can hear first-hand what it can do for them. You’ll hear from:

  Claudia Da Silva

Claudia is a dynamic businesswoman for whom real estate had always been a part of her life as her father was a builder. Today she excels as a leader in her business and real estate locally and internationally. She says coaching has been the “secret” to her success. As an involved member in several real estate associations, Claudia is committed to empowering and building communities, both on the ground and amongst professionals throughout Houston and abroad. A world-traveler, Claudia is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and conversant Dutch with the in-depth local knowledge of Central America and Europe. She brings an eagerness to her work helping buyers and sellers alike take advantage of Berkshire Hathaway’s worldwide network for their domestic and international real estate transactions.

  Anne Fetsch

Anne is the Global Customer Services Manager and ExxonMobil Fuels, Lubricants and Specialties Marketing Company in Houston, Texas. She joined Mobil Oil in 1986 holding a variety of positions in Lubes, Fuels Marketing, Planning, IT and Operations Support, Sales Management, and Marketing Leadership roles. Anne co-chairs the Women’s Leadership team for F&L/EMRE organization and has been active as a mentor for more than 25 years.  She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Marquette University, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. ANNE is married to Jim Horner and has two daughters, Maggie (21) and Mary (19).

  Robin Peck, LMT

A California girl planted in the heart of Texas, Robin is the CEO of Fête Healing. Her focus in work and life is to enhance the lives of others and help them overcome physical and emotional challenges. She uses bodywork and the implementation of other non-invasive natural solutions such as access bars, aromatherapy and assisting people with created sacred spaces in their physical environment.

  Kate Sberna

Kate Sberna is the Chief Talent Officer at Sterling Construction Company, a public company with operations nationwide. Her 20-year experience includes 11 years with Aggreko in progressive leadership roles including Global Director of Learning & Talent and SVP-HR. Prior to Aggreko, Kate was VP-HR for Corrpro Companies, a global company in the corrosion protection industry. Kate recently completed her coach training with iPEC, is married and she and her husband and daughter live in The Woodlands, Texas. 

  Tyler Wallace

Tyler Wallace is currently the Director of Strategic Management at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. In this position, he oversees the implementation of MD Anderson’s institutional, operational priorities. He is certified as a project manager from PMI (PMP) and six sigma black belt from ASQ (CSSBB). This year, he will graduate with his Ph.D. in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas School of Public Health. When not working and studying, he enjoys spending time at his Pearland home with his wife and four children.

  Rachel Wang

Ruimin (Rachel) Wang, currently studies global affairs at Rice University. Prior to coming to the US, she received her Bachelor of Economics degree in China, Inner Mongolia, and worked in the energy industry for more than three years in Shanghai.

She started her journey with leadership coaching at Rice University Doerr Institute for New Leaders, where she benefited from coaching tremendously. She hopes to be a great coach one day and help others by coaching.
