Kate has been an accomplished team leader in the engineering and project management field, with 30+ years of team leading experience for profit international companies worldwide, led ethnically and culturally diversified internal teams, cross function teams and worked with external clients and sub-contractors, now she is an organization development specialist, a transformation coach for individuals and organizations. Kate is an ICF Professionally Certified Coach, Advanced Certified Team Coach, a certified Emotional Intelligence coach practitioner, an ICF accredited Certified Coach Practitioner for both teams and individuals.
