  Event Description:

  In this interactive session, you will:

  • Define key terms and clearly distinguish group coaching from other group modalities

  • Explore the DOLIX Model®, a practical framework that maps the elements of cohesive coaching groups with a special emphasis on trust

  • Apply a simple group coaching session structure

  • Co-create psychological safety with your coaching groups

  • Remain in coaching vs. teaching / facilitating mindset

  • Utilize the DOLIX® framework to build cohesive coaching groups

  • Maintain strong presence as a group coach

  • You'll also reflect on the content in small breakouts and have space to ask questions to deepen your understanding.
