During 20+ years at Shell, Andrea progressed from geoscientist to senior executive, leading enterprise change across some of the world's most complex operating environments. She has worked alongside McKinsey and Franklin Covey in high-stakes transformation initiatives, built and deployed her own organizational frameworks, and served as Master Coach in her final role before founding Hidden Gems Coaching & Consulting.
