Renee Stewart is a senior human resources executive, facilitator, and leadership development strategist with over 20 years of experience facilitating high-impact leadership conversations and organizational transformation initiatives. She designs and facilitates leadership programs, workforce development strategies, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Renee is known for her direct, engaging facilitation style and ability to navigate complex group dynamics while driving alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes. She specializes in facilitating executive and leadership sessions focused on leadership effectiveness, change management, talent development, and inclusive leadership. Her approach blends strategic insight with practical application—participants leave with clarity, not just conversation.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and maintains extensive professional credentials, including Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), SHRM-CP, PHR, Relationship Intelligence Specialist, and COR.E Dynamics Specialist.
She also brings an entrepreneurial perspective from 12 years as CEO/Owner of Renewed Home Solutions LLC.
