Session Title: Recognizing ADHD in Coaching Clients. How to Adjust Your Approach Without Overstepping Boundaries
Description:
If your client is distracted, inconsistent, or overwhelmed, they may be struggling with ADHD or executive function challenges — not resisting coaching. Learn to recognize key ADHD patterns and adapt your coaching approach for neurodiverse clients. Led by an experienced ADHD & Executive Function Coach, this interactive session offers immediate, practical strategies. You’ll learn how to stay ethically aligned as a coach — not a clinician — when working with any type of client.
Session Outcomes:
• Spot coaching-relevant ADHD behaviors • Use tools that support executive function differences • Stay within ICF coaching ethics and boundaries • Refer out appropriately, without stigma
