Speaker: Cecilia Engquist, MSC, PCC

Cecelia Engquist is a certified leadership and executive coach, coaching instructor, coach mentor. Cecilia is a past president of ICF Houston, co-founder of the All-TX Retreat and Conference. She has served on the ICF Global Independent Review Board (IRB) since 2020. Cecilia spends most of her working time with the Envision Global Leadership providing leadership development solutions. Cecilia partners with leaders to create clear and meaningful strengths-based goals in a safe space where routes to achieve the desired state are explored and barriers examined and navigated. Her true expertise manifests in her understanding the significance of engaging a holistic body-mind approach and in how she teams up with clients to help them access their full wisdom and creativity. She uses research based tailored innovative coaching techniques and often brings lessons learned from her experience as an elite international equestrian athlete, and ultra-marathon runner into her working relationships. A special area of interest is the rise of the use of AI in the coaching sphere.
