EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Over the last four years, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) has undergone rapid and transformative changes, refining its credentialing standards and education frameworks to enhance self-accountability and certification autonomy. As the ICF continues to evolve, it is imperative that coaches stay informed and adapt to these structural shifts to ensure alignment with the latest certification requirements.
This session will provide an insightful overview of the key integrations and updates, including:
ICF Coach Credentialing Exams: Understanding its multiple versions and what to expect
Emergence of the PCC Markers: How they impact performance evaluations and competency assessments (Primary)
L1, L2, and L3 Education Pathways: A breakdown of the new credentialing structure and what it means for aspiring and advancing coaches
Beyond understanding these transitions, our plan is to share a coaching model that will help students seeking certifications more intentionally coach the “who,” (not just the “what”) efficiently using the PCC Markers.
This session will be an opportunity to upgrade knowledge, align with the latest credentialing standards, and deepen appreciation for coaching as a transformative profession. Looking forward to engaging with you as we navigate the future of coaching together.
