Session Description:
The world is breaking. Fearful organizations grip more tightly, demanding performance at the expense of humanity, and that seeps into our coaching. Coaches become more risk-averse, and the people we work with become more guarded.
In its pursuit of professional credibility, coaching has built frameworks, competencies and measurable outcomes. But in doing so, it risks losing the essence that makes it come alive: love.
This contemplative session is a call to bring back love in coaching.
Rather than learning about love, coaches come to feel it, in their bodies, so that they experience their own worthiness and understand from the inside why this belongs at the heart of coaching.
In this session, we settle, we turn toward another with open hearts, and we let ourselves be met.
Join us as we:
Recognize and undo the conditioning that taught us to leave love at the door of our practices
Trust the intelligence of our hearts as a catalyst for change
Reclaim coaching as a whole human being
It’s an invitation into unhurried spaciousness and to walk away with an embodied sense of being seen and loved as we are, and a clearer appreciation of why that belongs in the coaching chair.
